In Shared HQ when a teammate is nuked, knowledge of systems gained as a result of sharing loose the explored flag.
As ships can only move to explored areas, ships other that science ships in the now unexplored area can not move.
If your teammate ruins, you continue to benefit from mutual exploration and can freely move in the areas explored by your ruined teammate.
